Community Hospital and Nursing Home of Anaconda Foundation
The Foundation was established by the Board of Trustees to raise money to support the capital needs of the institution. It was also formed to ensure that the community of Anaconda has the highest quality of medical care today, tomorrow and in the future. Contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law and provide funds for services, construction, equipment, and programs essential to the hospital and nursing home's growth and development.
