Pintler Home Health helps the patient make the transition from the hospital or nursing home back to his or her primary residence. Patients are able to recover and/or manage a health problem in the comfort and familiarity of their home. Our staff works closely with the patient and physician to develop a plan of care to meet the individual's health care goals.

Anaconda Pintler Hospice
Anaconda Pintler Hospice is available to provide support and comfort care for individuals in the final phase of a terminal illness, so that they might live as comfortably as possible.
Services Include: Physician directed medical care Family Centered Care 24-hour on-call support Liaison with hospitals and other health care agencies Social, emotional and spiritual support for patients and families Control of pain and distress symptoms Short-term inpatient care for acute episodes Volunteer services for companionship and family relief Medical supplies and equipment Bereavement follow-up
